Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated March 23, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before December 19, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before December 19, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
