Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that Petitioner shall file 5 copies of a brief, with proof of service of 1 copy, on or before August 17, 2022, and
