Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that petitioners are enjoined from taking any action to enforce a judgment and warrant of eviction issued by Ontario County Court pending further order of County Court determining respondent's application to vacate the warrant of eviction, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
