Respondent having moved to strike exhibits A and B attached to appellant's brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered August 13, 2021,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike Appendix B attached to appellant's brief and any reference thereto is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike Appendix A is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the Court takes judicial notice of the document attached as exhibit A to the appellant's brief entitled "Findings Of Fact And Conclusions of Law" dated February 4, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED that the Court takes judicial notice of the decision dated November 18, 1999, on the condition that appellant's counsel files and serves the decision in accordance with the Court's rules on or before August 29, 2022.
