Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered September 20, 2021, and respondent having moved to strike the record on appeal, and for an extension of time to file a brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike the record on appeal is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant file a new record on appeal that complies with the order of Family Court entered July 29, 2022, on or before September 19, 2022, and, in the event of failure to do so, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted and the time is extended to October 19, 2022.
