Respondent-appellant having moved to disqualify the Attorney for the Children on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered July 14, 2021,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Beth A. Lockhart, Esq., is disqualified as the Attorney for the Children on appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that an attorney will be appointed to represent the children by separate order of this Court.
