Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order of assignment is hereby vacated, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant's brief filed on June 14, 2022 is hereby withdrawn and the appeal is removed from the November 2022 calendar, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before September 21, 2022, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
