| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 23, 2019. By order to show cause dated January 24, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2021, which, inter alia, directed the appellants serve a supplemental joint appendix containing the order and judgment on or before June 14, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2022, a motion to dismiss the appeals was denied on condition that on or before June 22, 2022, the appellants upload a digital copy of the supplemental joint appendix containing the order and judgment, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website. The appellants have not uploaded the supplemental joint appendix.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2022.
CONNOLLY, J.P., MALTESE, WOOTEN and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
