Appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 24, 2020, an order and judgment (one paper) of the same Court, dated October 27, 2020, and an order of the same court, dated January 29, 2021. Motion by the appellant 382 Bartlett, LLC, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and to consolidate the appeals from the amended order and the order and judgment with the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the amended order and the order and judgment will be calendared together with the appeal from the order and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
