Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, George F. Fufidio, a Judge of the County Court, Westchester County, dated March 4, 2022. Motion by the respondent to remit the proceeding to the respondent for further consideration of the determination.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file an answer to the petition on or before October 11, 2022.
