Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 7, 2019. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings which occurred on February 20, 2019, March 27, 2019, and May 15, 2019, in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 11, 2022, the respondent shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on February 20, 2019, March 27, 2019, and May 15, 2019, as exhibits.
