Appellant VDRNC, LLC, doing business as Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5519 (c), upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable John V. Centra on August 9, 2022, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered August 3, 2022, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the order entered August 3, 2022, are hereby stayed pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before September 27, 2022.
