Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal dated December 2, 2019, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered November 27, 2019, and the appeal is deemed timely taken, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
