Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered April 19, 2022, and May 12, 2022
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered April 19, 2022 (CAF 22-00830), is dismissed (see Matter of Anthony W., 200 AD3d 1596, 1596 [4th Dept 2021]), and the application with respect to that appeal is dismissed; and
It is further ORDERED that the application with respect to the appeal from the order entered May 12, 2022 (CAF 22-01246), is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a motion that includes an affidavit setting forth the matters that were the subject of contest before Family Court as to which review is permitted (see Matter of Larae L. (Heather L.), 202 AD3d 1454, 1455 [4th Dept 2022]).
