An order having been entered on January 16, 2020, granting appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Paul A. Norton, Esq., and an order having been entered on July 6, 2022, substituting John J. Raspante, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of John J. Raspante, Esq., dated July 19, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Thomas L. Pelych, Esq., 11 Pearl Street, Hornell, New York 14843, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered November 4, 2019, in place and stead of John J. Raspante, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Family Court Clerk provide Thomas L. Pelych, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 7, 2022, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
