Appeal by Heartshare St. Vincent's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2022. By order to show cause dated July 1, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding should or should not be dismissed on the ground that Heartshare St. Vincent's Services is not aggrieved by the order. Application by Megan R. to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that Megan R. is the appealing party.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Megan R. is the appealing party (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
