DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated February 23, 2022. By letter dated June 22, 2022, assigned counsel notified the Court that counsel has been unable to contact the appellant. By order to show cause dated June 29, 2022, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
