| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 2, 2020. Motion by the appellants-respondents County of Rockland and County of Rockland Highway Department to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal or, in the alternative, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal is granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeal is denied.
