| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ellant. |
Appeals by Miguel S. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 13, 2022, October 12, 2021, and October 7, 2021, respectively. By letter dated April 15, 2022, assigned counsel notified the Court that counsel has been unable to contact the appellant. By order to show cause dated April 22, 2022, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeals.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
