Appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 28, 2021.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated September 2, 2022, is amended by deleting therefrom the entry concerning the above-entitled matter; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the respondents-appellants' reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
