Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated May 6, 2022. By order to show cause dated June 24, 2022, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the consent of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
