DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 3, 2022.

By order to show cause dated June 24, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action on the ground that the order dated May 3, 2022, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
