Motion by Rahmanique W. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 4, 2022, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that Rahmanique W. be returned to the care and custody of Monique Richards, and to direct that Rahmanique W. shall remain in the care and custody of Deborah Carrier, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that Rahmanique W. be returned to the care and custody of Monique Richards, and to direct that Rahmanique W. shall remain in the care and custody of Deborah Carrier, pending hearing and determination of the appeal is granted, enforcement of so much of the order as directed that Rahmanique W. be returned to the care and custody of Monique Richards is stayed, and Rahmanique W. shall remain in the care and custody of Deborah Carrier, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or the issuance of a dispositional order of the Family Court, Kings County, determining the above-referenced proceedings, whichever occurs first.
