| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered May 29, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 2, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending determination of the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal from the order and judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is denied as academic.
