Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court, dated February 26, 2019, and to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
