Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 12, 2021, and February 1, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as directed him to provide authorizations for certain medical records and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of so much of the orders as directed the appellant to provide authorizations for certain medical records is stayed, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
