ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by Devon Tymejr pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 12, 2022, following a trial.
