Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 25, 2022. Motion by Joseph Mercurio, Eleanor's Best, LLC, and J. Mercurio Books, Maps and Prints, LLC, inter alia, to stay enforcement of all judgments and orders and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to substitute Jennifer Mercurio, as administrator of the estate of John Mercurio, for the deceased appellant John Mercurio, to amend the caption accordingly, and, in effect, for summary reversal of the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
