Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 6, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to renew a prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of said judgment, and to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was determined by me in a decision and order on motion dated May 9, 2022.
