Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 5, 2018, an order of the same court dated April 28, 2022, and a judgment of the same court dated April 28, 2022. The appeals from the orders dated February 5, 2018, were determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 2, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeals from the orders dated February 5, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated February 2, 2022. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 28, 2022, and the judgment, pending determination of the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeals from the orders dated February 5, 2018, or, in the alternative, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the order dated April 28, 2022, and the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeals from the orders dated February 5, 2018 is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 28, 2022, and the judgment is denied.
