Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 10, 2022.
Motion by the appellant for an order restraining each party from filing any action regarding the custody of the subject child pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendering of the appeal.
