Galgano, Jr., to be substituted for the deceased respondent Anthony M. Galgano, Jr., and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Jennifer Grace Minihane and Michael A. Galgano, as executors of the estate of Anthony M. Galgano, Jr., are substituted for the deceased respondent Anthony M. Galgano, Jr., and the caption is amended accordingly.
