| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Irene Marie Costello for leave to reargue so much of an opinion and order of this Court dated October 6, 2021, as suspended her from the practice of law for a period of 18 months, commencing November 8, 2021, and, upon reargument, to direct that the 18-month suspension be applied retroactively to the effective date of a suspension imposed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Costello was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on July 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
