DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Dana P. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 30, 2021. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on December 6, 2021, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
