DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 9, 2021, and December 23, 2021, respectively. Motion by the attorney for Andrew K. (Anonymous) and Ryan K. (Anonymous) to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record or, in the alternative, for leave to intervene in the appeals and to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED the branch of the motion which is to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief is granted to the extent that Point II of the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before November 14, 2022, the appellant shall serve a replacement brief that does not contain the stricken material and is in all other respects the same as the brief previously filed, and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
