Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay the submission, review, and dissemination of a certain forensic report and the trial on the issue of custody in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendering of the appeal.
