| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 2, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as, in effect, permits the defendants to commence proceedings to evict the appellant from the subject premises is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
