In the Matter of Jennie M. Dellaria, a disbarred attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 2310100)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Jennie M. Dellaria, also known as Jennie M. Levine, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Dellaria was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 13, 1989. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 26, 2006, Ms. Dellaria was disbarred upon her resignation and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, effective immediately. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 6, 2016, Ms. Dellaria's first motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on her character and general fitness to practice law. By decision and order of this Court dated May 9, 2017, Ms. Dellaria's first motion for reinstatement was denied. By decision and order of this Court dated May 13, 2020, Ms. Dellaria's second motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Jennie M. Dellaria, also known as Jennie M. Levine, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
