| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2022. Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject children to the petitioner-appellant is continued, and the respondent-respondent shall have visitation in accordance with the orders of the Family Court, Kings County, in effect at the time the order dated September 15, 2022, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
