Avalonbay Communities, Inc., Petitioner-Respondent, v Gabrielle Dukes, Appellant and Alexandra Dukes, John Doe and Jane Doe, Respondents.

Motion by appellant for a stay of all proceedings pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, dated June 2, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before December 9, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before December 9, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
