2022-04729 Federal National Mortgage Association, etc., respondent, v Nickole Thompson, et al., appellants, et al., defendants. (Index No. 705842/2014)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Nickole Thompson and Wane Thompson from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2022. By order to show cause dated June 27, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2022, was issued in the above-entitled action. Separate motions by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by the appellants are denied as academic.
DILLON, J.P., MILLER, CHRISTOPHER and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
