Pesserilo, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on February 4, 2022, substituting Cara A. Waldman, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Cara A. Waldman, Esq., dated September 12, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Michael J. Pulver, Esq., 110 Hoytville Avenue, North Syracuse, New York 13212, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered May 3, 2022, in place and stead of Cara A. Waldman, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Ontario County Family Court Clerk provide Michael J. Pulver, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 23, 2022, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
