An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered January 13, 2022, and respondents having moved to strike the record on appeal and dismiss the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are dismissed as moot, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for November 29, 2022, and added to the calendar for the term of Court commencing January 9, 2023, to be argued on the same date as the appeal taken under Appellate Division docket number CAF 22-00408, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents' briefs be filed and served on or before November 21, 2022.
