Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 4, 2022. Renewed motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and assignment of counsel. Cross motion by the appellant to impose a sanction upon respondent for filing a frivolous motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
