Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 22, 2018, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
