Appeal by Dawn Palange, and separate appeal by Kevin H., from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 2, 2021, and October 4, 2021, respectively. Motion by the petitioner-respondent to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel. The petitioner-respondent's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on November 3, 2021, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
