Appeal by Dawn Palange, and separate appeal by Kevin H., from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 2, 2021, and October 4, 2021, respectively. Motion by respondent-appellant for leave to adopt the appellant's brief filed by the nonparty-appellant or, in the alternative, to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before November 25, 2022, the respondent-appellant shall serve her brief, and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
