2022-02617 The People, etc., respondent, v Fabricio Hidalgo, appellant. (Ind. No. 10070/2017)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Fabricio Hidalgo from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 4, 2022. By order to show cause dated April 13, 2022, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated March 4, 2022, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BARROS, J.P., MILLER, DOWLING and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
