It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the Court's November 29, 2022 day calendar, and

Upon reading and filing of the Consent to Change Attorney signed by Bryon K. Johnson, Danielle C. Wild, Esq. as new counsel and Jeffrey Wicks, Esq. as outgoing counsel, dated August 16, 2022, it is further ORDERED that the order entered January 4, 2021 assigning Jeffrey Wicks, Esq. to conduct the appeal is hereby vacated, and
