DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Maurycy Banaszek from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 14, 2022. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person on October 21, 2022, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
